This is my Story
I was born with ordinary talents. It was my mother, who believed in me and kept saying that I was very good at studies. I loved my mother very much, and so I had no option but to live up to her expectations. I became extraordinarily talented in the sense that I made it to IIT, which is considered to be tougher to get into than Harvard, MIT, or Princeton.
During my professional work, I had Midas touch. By the age of 38, I was offered to manage a $1bn division of a Fortune-500 company. However, destiny had other plans. It made me move to Australia.
Australia is indeed a beautiful country, and I am glad I migrated here. However, professionally, it was very challenging for me to break into the corporate world. My ego was shattered. I felt lost. I fell flat from a high-flying executive to a “nobody”. This experience forced me to become more humble and more grounded. I took shelter in bush-walks and reading self-help books. One thing led to another, and a new Vinay was born – free from the shackles of limitations and struggles. The universe took my hand in its hand and guided me to where I am.
I turned my transformation into an easy-to-follow system that anyone can use to unlock their potential and live their dream life. This is what I do in my practice of life coaching. I recently published a self-help book, “Discover Your Diamond”. It’s worth a read, it's a blend of Eastern Wisdom and Western Philosophy.
